Have you discovered our wonderful walking yet?

Others have, and more are about to... The Crackington Haven to Tintagel coastal walk has just been voted the best coastal walk in the country and the best walk overall in southern UK by 'Country Walking' magazine (www.livefortheoutdoors.com). This is just about the most popular walking magazine (along with 'Trail') in the UK so there may be even more walking poles and muddy old boots plodding along our North Cornish paths this summer!.....

Spring copy of Country Walking magazine with the article and some stunning pictures is out now if your interested in taking a look - Mark Owen from SWCP has done the write up.

And don't forget, at about the halfway point of this stretch of the coastal path is Boscastle with the National Trust Pilchard Cellar Cafe which is a light and airy extension of the NT shop area in a breathtaking harbourside setting. Strongly environmentally aware, we offer a simple range of locally made light snacks, cakes and cream teas. there is also a dog friendly sheltered garden courtyard at the back of the building - All in all a perfect spot for a refreshment stop to carry you the rest of the way along the path.
