27th July and 17th Aug is rag rugging, our rag rug experts are at the property showing visitors how to recycle their scraps of material and make rag rugs.
3rd Aug – Go wild! Activities based around wildlife, explore the back garden with bug spotting kits, learn how to grow their own grub, make a paper plant pot and grow own seeds.
10th Aug – Postal crafts. Design your own postcard or stamp, make a post box, money box to hold all pocket money.
24th Aug – Badge and magnet making, design and make your own badge or magnet to brighten up clothing or the fridge.
- All the activities start at 11am and we will be packing away at 4pm.
- There is no charge for the activities but the normal admission prices apply with NT members free.
- Non members adults are £3.80, child ticket is £1.90, Family 1 adult is £5.70 and a family ticket is £9.50.
- Children will need to be accompanied by an adult.
(If you live locally, we have developed a voucher in the Tintagel Parish magazine whereby 1 child is admitted for free when they bring the voucher to us and are accompanied by an adult.)
