What's cooking at the Old Post Office?

We are really excited to announce the first of our baking weeks centering around our Victorian cloam oven. These ovens are often found in old houses in Devon and Cornwall and were a traditional way of cooking bread, cakes, pasties and much more.
Ours will be lit on Monday 28 and Thursday 31 March and Saturday 2 April. There will be information available all week on how the ovens are fired, how they work, plus local recipes with a chance to try some of the baked goods (if we are successful!)
